Katherine, We see that you have left multiple negative reviews, and we want to extend our sincere apologies that you are unhappy with both our sales and service departments. We do appreciate your honest feedback and the opportunity to share more details about your recent experience. On 3/16/26, we serviced your 2019 Forester for a damaged tire and a malfunction with your tire pressure monitoring system. Unfortunately, your mechanical extended warranty did not cover the $930.72 repair required to replace all four tire pressure sensors. However, your service advisor, Ron, went above and beyond by working with Subaru to secure coverage for this repair as a one-time goodwill gesture, despite the warranty having expired by more than three years and 20,000 miles. Efforts like this reflect our commitment to the Subaru Love Promise and to supporting our customers whenever possible. It also appears that your tire was covered under the wheel and tire protection plan recommended by our finance team at the time of your pre-owned vehicle purchase. We’re glad that this coverage, combined with your service advisor’s efforts, reduced what would have been a $1,190.24 repair to just $100 out of pocket. Thank you again for your feedback.
