We’re sorry to hear about the extended wait time during your visit and understand how frustrating that can be, especially for a routine service like an oil change. To better serve our customers and maintain the efficiency of our express services, we have transitioned to a primarily appointment-based system. This change was communicated via email to all customers in our database several months ago. Currently, we are servicing an average of 30 express vehicles per day, with 18–22 of those visits scheduled in advance. This reflects a strong customer preference for the ability to reserve service times. In response, we’ve made it a priority in 2025 to listen more closely to customer feedback and implement changes that align with their needs—appointment scheduling for express services being one of them. Because the majority of our customers now prefer and expect to schedule their visits, we are honoring those appointments first as a commitment to their time. Walk-in customers are still welcome and will be accommodated as availability allows, but may experience longer wait times as we "squeeze in" their vehicles between scheduled appointments. We sincerely appreciate your feedback and encourage you to schedule your express service in advance going forward to ensure a more efficient visit.
