Even though they fixed the water leak in my car door they didn’t remove the awful mold odor. I am still trying to remove it on my own even though I paid for extended bumper to bumper coverage and the Zurich didn’t remove the awful mold odor. When we bought it back I was asked why didn’t I bring it back the same day and I had to tell th did not complete the job and we had to bring it back. When we bought it back I was asked why didn’t I bring it back the same day and I had to tell them I picked it up at 5 PM the day before. In addition the part we had installed should not even be on the market because it is useless. Want a refund. More
Such a great experience. Shawn (spelling?) was especially communicative and helpful. We will definitely continue to bring our cars to Rafferty. Shawn (spelling?) was especially communicative and helpful. We will definitely continue to bring our cars to Rafferty. More

First, they told me I had an exhaust leak. I asked to see it and Chris pointed to some cat bolts. Where is the leak? The story changed to no leak, but weak cat performance instead. Two tires w I asked to see it and Chris pointed to some cat bolts. Where is the leak? The story changed to no leak, but weak cat performance instead. Two tires were bad, so I was directed to 4 of the best Michelins. I had to ask questions before hearing about other available brands. Finally, I settled on a pair of tires (not all 4) from a less expensive brand. Yes, I fully understand and accept that the best AWD is when the tread closely matches on all 4. The rear brakes were said to be metal on metal, but I was not permitted to look at them after I asked. The original quick estimate totaled over $5,000 and the car would have been scrapped that same day. They knew the it was emissions exempt but still said I needed a new cat. There was no check engine light when I drove up, but it magically appeared while in the shop. There was no need to look at any emissions equipment. Yes, I almost junked the car yesterday, until the bill was reduced to $809. It was all very suspect and I don't blame my friends who are telling me to find another shop. Maybe it was just a series of honest mistakes and oversights. Maybe they were taking shortcuts because they thought I was too old to understand the pertinent details. I don't know, but why did I have to be the one to tell them the cat was not required? More
