We have used Rafferty for the past 5 years since we purchase our Forrester. I am always suspicious of service facilities at dealerships. My concerns were erased with the staff as I learned to trust t purchase our Forrester. I am always suspicious of service facilities at dealerships. Even suffering from reduced staff since the pandemic they are gracious and competent. The greatest drawback is their outsourced scheduling personnel which makes it difficult to deal with a service manager and get a call back! More
