Car into the shop and noon and came out all washed and clean at 1 PM as promised, and then sat there for 20 minutes in full sight from the waiting room with no one making any effort to get me checked out clean at 1 PM as promised, and then sat there for 20 minutes in full sight from the waiting room with no one making any effort to get me checked out and on my way. So after 20 minutes of watching my car sit there, I had to find someone to asks to please get me on my way. Took another ten minutes before I finally could leave. That was very frustrating. More
