A call saying we aren’t getting to it until 2:00 would have been helpful so I would have an idea of timing. Even though I have a loaner, it is still an inconvenience. When I scheduled the service for Thursday am, I didn’t plan on needing to pick it up late Friday afternoon especially for an inspection that took an hour. More
