I made an appointment for an oil change & inspection at 9 am. I called twice to check on my car and did not get a call back until after 4 stating my brakes needed to be changed soon. I was told people waiting go first then those who drop off the car. My question why even schedule an appointment run. Thought the service was excellent. Service writer Sean was a total professional. But, I think the cost of the service was exceedingly pricy. Dean Glyptis did not communicate with me after placing an order for a vehicle. I needed the VIN number for the vehicle to order new insurance, Dean promised to give me a phone call when he had the informatio order for a vehicle. I needed the VIN number for the vehicle to order new insurance, Dean promised to give me a phone call when he had the information for me. That never happened. I had to call the dealership a couple of weeks before my vehicle delivery date to get the information myself. Dean also did not communicate the difference between delivery date and pick-up date. I went to the dealership on the delivery date thinking that was the same thing as my pick-up date because of the lack of communication. Dean overall does not seem to care about the customer service and follow-up after a sale is "final". However, the dealership resolved this issue well by putting me with a new sales person, Dan Hash, and went the extra mile to make sure everything else was a great experience. Luckily, the dealership was able to quickly expedite the vehicle check and detailing of the vehicle to allow me to drive off with my new Subaru vehicle. Being a first time car buyer and brand new to the Subaru brand, the experience with Dean put a very bad taste in my mouth. More

As usual Rafferty Subaru did not disappoint yet again. On Monday of this week I received an email from Subaru stating that my tire pressure was low and I needed to put air in my tires. I went and did that and realized that the air pressure light still came on. I live very close to the Rafferty Subaru dealership and I drove in without an appointment and explain to Ken seal the head of the service department what my problem was. He said can you leave your car now I said no he said that's fine can you bring it back before 4 o'clock today? I said sure return there a little after two was met by a nice valet in the service area and then directed to Parker who would be my service technician I explain to him what was going on and he said will take a look would you like to wait I said yes. A few minutes later I was told there were two nails in my tire and it could be repaired and Parker also mentioned that I was soon less than 200 miles due for an oil change she asked if I would like that done today also I said yes. He said it'll take about an hour and a half would you like to wait I said yes. I walked up to the sales department and Ken still happen to be there and I asked if I could get a ride home. He apparently found Johan a very nice young salesman who offered to drive me home. About an hour and a half later I got a call from Rafferty service department that my car was ready and could be picked up. My sister Amy gave me a ride to the dealership a drop me off. I walked inside an alarm saw Ken and he told me my car was waiting outside with keys in it. I went to my car as usual it was washed looked great got in it and drove home. As usual it's always a pleasant experience at Raffurty Subaru whether you're buying leasing or servicing your car. I've been received all of my work from my car today in the mail from Rafferty efficient as always. I would strongly recommend that anybody looking for a new used or to lease a car check out Raffurty Subaru in Newtown Square Edgmont Township PA. You will not be disappointed they are friendly welcoming and will try to assist you and try their best to meet your needs. More
