My rating is a five specifically for the 12/3 service….5 stars because of the outstanding customer service provided by Service Manager Ken. I’ve personally never actually seen a service manager at any deale stars because of the outstanding customer service provided by Service Manager Ken. I’ve personally never actually seen a service manager at any dealership for any car I’ve owned. In this case, Ken was greeting customers, and personally addressed a concern I had with, of all things, my breaks. That concern had only been minimally addressed on my last visit. I don’t believe Ken was aware of the last visit as he had not yet had a chance to check service history. Once I briefly explained what was taking place with my brakes, he made sure it was adequately looked into on the 12/3 visit. Thank you very much for your help, Ken! More
