Recently understaffed. Felt kinda pushed out the door. The tech recommended rear brakes and to have my rotors turned, but said it would pass the next inspection. Didn’t write it up on the paperwork. Offered a 30,000 mile service from jump street with only 22,000 miles on vehicle. I came in to have two more recalls addressed. I just had a pcv recall taken care of. I came in for an oil change and almost an inspection. It would have been too soon. I opted for the tire rotation, oil change. I thought most dealers would offer a free tire rotation since u were taking the tires off anyway. I didn't appreciate the unwelcomed up-sale. The one thing the service department was sure to do, was to say i refused to accept recommended service on my 2018 Crosstrek. When i am being proactive. However, the loaner car is always a nice touch. I’ll be sure to keep an eye on my rear brakes. More
