From initial contact I was treated like I was a celebrity. I found another Subaru at a different dealership but preferred to see this one, even though the other dealership was okay, Rafferty, Darre celebrity. I found another Subaru at a different dealership but preferred to see this one, even though the other dealership was okay, Rafferty, Darren, and sales manager went above and beyond. I felt badly for the other salesman and gave me $50 off the car to give to other salesman. No hassling. Was on crutches so they delivered my car. The very best experience in my buying a car. Hope I love the car as much as the team at Rafferty. More
Busy service operation. Chewed turn signal repair soldering wires Service tech said would take 2 hours at $120/hr. What? Yep explained hard to get to but the rep came to me in less than an hour and I soldering wires Service tech said would take 2 hours at $120/hr. What? Yep explained hard to get to but the rep came to me in less than an hour and I disputed the $240 labor charge and get this the tech told me the mechanic had told him to bill for 3 hours so the tech told me he saved me $120…crooked operation where the mechanic can tell the tech what to bill. I asked to speak with the service manager who called and offered a free oil change. I told him I felt overcharged by at least $120 and he said he would review and call me back…he DIDN’T call back. People are lining up to get screwed. I purchased a maintenance contract that covered the electrical system but I guess it doesn’t cover a wiring failure. Goodbye Rafferty. Bet I won’t win the $100 incentive for feedback. More
Dealership is fine. Service needs a little work. On numerous occasions they forgot to install parts and let them in the trunk of my car. Nick siolek (sp?) was an absolute delight to work with. He was calm, knowledgeable and not pushy at all. He made it worth driving 4 hrs out of the way to buy from rafferty.
