Everything from checking in to waiting for the car was excellent. I have said it before all the time I have spent in 3 yrs dealing with Rafferty has been very good. Since remodel service has been poor. Car was running poorly AFTER Rafferty service. Took back and still not fixed. A non dealer mechanic ordered correct part and fixed it.
