Overall a great experience buying a new car at rafferty Subaru. My only complaint was the amount of time spent at the dealership - 4 hours - when I had already negotiated price and applied for financing be Subaru. I came in to look at the Outback but also wanted to know about the Forrester. Charles Sherman was very accommodating allowing me to test drive both.
