I tried to give this store another try after in the past it was horrendous once again. It was the same I don’t know how it could go wrong the second time but it did the garage person from the beginning was it was horrendous once again. It was the same I don’t know how it could go wrong the second time but it did the garage person from the beginning was giving me a hard way to go. He was prompt for everyone else but me. He made go back and wait on him. And told me when I returned I after he called out to me “Yo” and I looked at him strangely he stated “What do you want me to call you sir!, you don’t deserve to be addressed as sir.”, that’s why I always go to Jenkintown Pa instead where I have never had nothing but first class service. But when we had to buy a car quickly the marketing software for this location some how redirects you and made me a appointment here, so I took a chance to my dissatisfaction. More

Great experience on my first visit to Rafferty's Service Center for recall service. No wait on check-in, awesome waiting room with water, coffee, and snacks provided. The only down side for me was the lack Center for recall service. No wait on check-in, awesome waiting room with water, coffee, and snacks provided. The only down side for me was the lack of sports related magazines to peruse but that was minor. Total time waiting matched what I was told and an extra bonus a washed car upon pick-up. Thank you to all who made my day. More
