Back when Rafferty first opened and I first moved to West Chester, I enjoyed their service however ultimately the service department was why I left. it just takes forever to get an appointment and then get t Chester, I enjoyed their service however ultimately the service department was why I left. it just takes forever to get an appointment and then get the car in and then wait .I think the opportunity to have a loaner car is very nice I think everyone in the staff is very nice.It’s possible that my car needs the cooling system charged, however I hate to think about the hassle involved.I believe in the Rafferty family and I do believe that if I had a real issue I could speak to Bobby or KEVIN and it would be solved quickly.
