Not happy at all with this dealership. Have had issues remain unresolved in the past when I was told they were fixed. Once I got my car into the service department everyone and everything was terrific. Handled perfectly However when I called and tried to explain the situation I wasn’t pleased. I kept having to explain that I didn’t want express serve, I wanted an appointment and for my car to be looked over carefully I’m not sure why that became the difficult part of the process. The exception was the guy in parts who was terrific about ordering the tire. I think his name was Matt, he was great. The other service people on the phone were not so terrific. More
