Had 1998 Outback station wagon in for service and inspection My long time service writer, Danny V. has always been there for me but has been promoted and no longer does service writing. When I came in I talked w My long time service writer, Danny V. has always been there for me but has been promoted and no longer does service writing. When I came in I talked with Danny about my concerns regarding my 1998 Subaru passing inspection. Since Danny is no longer a service writer, he introduced me to Nick C. Nick was great. He listened to my concerns and we set up an appointment for service. He then got me into a great loaner since the car was being dropped off for the next day. My car passed inspection and I chatted briefly with Nick before I left. I felt very comfortable with Nick and he is very likable and personable. He also helped me with my 2014 Outback. I will definitely continue to use him as my service writer. I also need to put in a good word for Danny. I can’t say enough positive things about him. He was the absolute best as a service writer. I trust him completely. I’m glad he continues to help me and be supportive. Danny is someone who helps give Rafferty a good reputation. Rafferty is fortunate to have him on staff. More
