2018 Outback Inspection Came for inspection and oil change. Informed anfront end alignment was also needed. Underwhelming and disorganized I got a nail in my tire so I came in for express service. I paid for a service plan that covers nails in tires when I purchased my car. It took an extra 25-30 mins for them to track down somebody to override the 18 dollars. Had I known it was going to take so much extra time I would have just paid the 18 bucks. This was the best experience out of my 3 visits. Last time I came in for an oil change and I got my car back only to have it make horrible grinding noises. I had to bring it back and I never got an explanation as to why it was making the noise and how it was fixed. Unfortunately, I paid for a 2 year service plan with my vehicle so I will be back 2 more times. 1 star. More
