I told my mechanic about the explanation I was given and he thought it didn’t make sense, to put it mildly. My problem hasn’t been fixed. One person was helpful. The loaner car was in good condition. . But overall I felt like I wasn’t being treated as well as I should have been. Disappointed customer. More
