Recall Service I brought my Forester in for service after I got a notice in the mail there was a recall on the brake light switch. It was easy to make an appointment I brought my Forester in for service after I got a notice in the mail there was a recall on the brake light switch. It was easy to make an appointment. Once I arrived, there were plenty of people to ask for help. I waited at the dealership while the work was done. While I was there, they also fixed my rear windshield wiper. I was in and out in under an hour. Everyone I encountered was friendly and helpful. I had a great experience at Rafferty Subaru! More

Dean Glyptis knew his stuff, knew the details, and gave an amazingly honest, balanced assessment of the vehicles I was interested in, options, etc. These folks are pros, the product they sell is terrific, and whereas I previously was extraordinarily loyal to Honda, I am quite sure that Subaru and especially Rafferty Subary has won me over. Repair of Flat Tire This was the first time that I used the "Express Service." I purposely arrived at 7:00 so that I could be one of the first customers. The car went b This was the first time that I used the "Express Service." I purposely arrived at 7:00 so that I could be one of the first customers. The car went back at 7:10 and I didn't see it again until 8:30. To me - for a flat tire - that just doesn't seem to be "express." When it actually happened the day before, I changed it (and I had no idea what I was doing) in 10 minutes. Also, when it happened the day before, I called Subaru Roadside Assistance. It took them five minutes to find me in the system, and no one ever came to help. I waited for 90 minutes, and then decided to fix it myself (which only took 10 minutes). More

And, thankfully too, no coiffed hair, plaid suited, pinky-ringed sales "manager" to deal with. However the real quality test of this dealership will be when I need to transact with the back of the house. Talk to me in a year or two. More

Excellent Experience Everyone was friendly and helpful. I personally worked with Marty Smith and he was everything that a sales representative should be. I was really pleased when he followed up with me after purchasing my car. It had to have a new tire put on and an alignment done to it. He told me it would take a day or two which was great. It would have been ready the next day, however they needed to order the tire from the warehouse. The reason I was so pleased was because Marty followed up with me the next day letting me know that the tire was being ordered and it would be ready the following day. It didn’t delay the time frame in which the car was supposed to be ready but Marty still took the time to contact me and let me know what was going on. He messaged me as soon as the tire came in and the car was ready to pick up. The whole experience was flawless and I was very happy with the whole experience. Marty is very professional and an overall great asset to the team. Jim helped close the deal and he was incredible as well. Very personable, friendly, funny, and professional. Thank you to the team at Rafferty Subaru! I was very pleased with my entire experience. More
