Terrible and lied too. I recently purchased a certified used one owner 2013 subaru wrx sti from them. Less than 500 miles and 2 months of owning it the engine went. Oil is I recently purchased a certified used one owner 2013 subaru wrx sti from them. Less than 500 miles and 2 months of owning it the engine went. Oil is mixing with the coolant.i brought it back into them where 3 days later after having an 8am appointment,i get confirmation that the engine is no good and that they are willing to fix it with new head gaskets as a "goodwill" even tho their technicians failed to check car prior to selling. The owner or manager "Ed" claims to be master certified tech but refuses to explain to me what happens when oil and coolant mix. He also disregards caring about their reputation as I told them I would get involved in local media if not fixed correctly with a new motor.I demanded a new motor or my money back which they refused of course. What dealership would admit they are wrong. I would not buy a used car from here let alone a new one unless you like being dissappointed. Avoid this stealership at all costs More

Would DEFINITELY recommend Rafferty Subaru to friends After a less than encouraging experience at a different dealership (for a different brand), we had an outstanding experience at Rafferty Subaru! Helen After a less than encouraging experience at a different dealership (for a different brand), we had an outstanding experience at Rafferty Subaru! Helen Johnson was very clear about the availability and potential pricing of the model we were interested in, and patiently answered all of my questions. Next, Nick Siolek was FANTASTIC, listening patiently to our needs and what we were looking for in a car, and eagerly explaining and showing us the features of the car we eventually bought without seeming pushy or (as at the other dealership) annoyed. He was terrific with our kids, helping them figure out how to use the TV in the kids room. We were originally thinking that we would check the car out and mull it over for a couple of days, but Nick’s kind efforts led us to buy our car that same day. Then, Dan Bechter led us through the paperwork in a thorough but efficient manner, explaining things to our satisfaction. Finally, Mark (I didn’t catch his last name!) took us through the features of the new car, which was quite helpful. Overall, we had an outstanding experience, and the kind, friendly people at Rafferty Subaru made buying a car a pleasant experience (even with our kids there)! More
