He initially went into look at the car by himself and when he came back, he was all praises about Jen ( Jeanette) . He told me that she lacked the false sense of entitlement about what she does. She was genuinely interested and listened to what he wanted from his next car. I was little skeptical about it until I got a chance to meet her personally. Her pleasant and "calm in the face of crisis" demeanor is the one reason we were able to deal with the little glitch we had with leasing the car. She stayed well beyond her hours to help us out and seemed upset with the idea of causing us any unnecessary inconvenience. I am a firm believer that your employees are the face of your company's beliefs/ mission and Jen is an invaluable asset for Rafferty Subaru. More
