Brad was so helpful in getting me the features I wanted at a fair price and Jim made sure all the paperwork went smoothly. I went from realizing it was time to retire my 15-year old Forester, with over 150K miles, on Monday to driving my new Crosstrek home on Saturday. I LOVE my new Crosstrek! When it's time to replace our other car, we'll definitely go to Rafferty Subaru first. More

Minimal BS, with some room to improve. 4 out of 5 experience. Jeanette was excellent. Vehicle was delivered with overinflated tires (@44F-42R PSI). Battery had nasty discharge on top an 4 out of 5 experience. Jeanette was excellent. Vehicle was delivered with overinflated tires (@44F-42R PSI). Battery had nasty discharge on top and when brought up, supposedly it’s a protectant (?)(haha). Plastic covers where not fully (nor properly) removed... I’m still removing leftover pieces. A/C doesn’t meet expectations - will bring it up next week. More
