Excellent Experience at Rafferty Subaru I flew from Texas to Pennsylvania because Rafferty had the used Forester that I was looking for. I drove it and bought it. My salesman, Owen Cunningham, was a pro; helpful and up front while not pushy. No runaround and no games. I got a very fair price on the car, and then the dealership really went above and beyond to make good on what they promised. Before I picked up the car a week later, they had done a lot of work on it. Not just cleaning and cosmetics-which they did well- but expensive engine work and maintenance that I didn't expect or ask for. They got the car running even better than before, and it was a pleasure to drive the 1800 miles back home. Zero problems. I am very satisfied with my whole experience with Rafferty. As I told Owen, you guys did what you said and more. For that I am grateful and would thoroughly recommend them. They were definitely worth the drive. More

I thought it was time t I finally had an easy hassle free car buying experience. I have owned a few Subaru's and had about 4 months left on my lease. I thought it was time to begin checking out new cars. I have never dealt with Rafferty in the past but they had the most inventory in my area so I thought I would check it out. I started emails with Jessica, the internet rep. We already discussed pricing for the make and model I was interested in before I walked into the dealership. I walked into the dealership at 9:30am and drove off the lot in a new vehicle by noon. My sales rep Steve Heck was friendly personable and knowledgeable about the vehicle. There wasn't the usual phony haggling that I have encountered at other dealerships. I had already researched the fair market price for this vehicle with options and Steve came back with a figure that was right in the sweet spot. The Finance portion with Jim McDonald was fast and efficient. I have previously sat for over an hour going through paperwork. I was done in 10 minutes. Jim answered my questions when I had them and we moved through the mountains of paperwork effortlessly. The car got detailed and Keith walked me through all the electronics and operations. It was a pleasure dealing with Steve and the rest of the staff at Rafferty. Don't let the construction going on keep you from visiting the dealership. Yes its a bit of chaos but out of the 6 new cars I have purchased over my lifetime, this is the first experience that wasn't a painful drawn out ordeal that took all day. Excellent service amid the construction We worked with salesman Marty Smith on buying a car for our three young adult kids to drive to school, soccer practice, and jobs. We had found a 10 year old Honda Accord on the web with low mileage and good service records. We replied to an online ad. The dealership called us, I made an appointment, and met Marty two days later. He's an experienced used car guy who once had his own dealership, so he was great at answering all the questions. I was very busy at work last week and failed to call back as promised. Marty was great about getting in touch in a professional way. When I went back to do the finance paperwork, the receptionist remembered my name, as did one of the Raffertys, whom I'd met the first day I stopped in. Excellent car buying experience. My wife is now nostalgic for her old Subaru and thinking of switching from Honda when her lease is up. The entire dealership is under construction with plastic and wires all over, but things seem to be running efficiently even so. More
