I went in there expecting to just test drive a Crosstrek and get some numbers on my trade in. They had the exact car that I was looking at on the lot and I was able to test drive it immediately. The numbers ended up being what I wanted and I drove home with the new Crosstrek that day! Jen P. is very helpful and patient and walked me through the whole process. Above and Beyond Marty was hands down the best car salesman I have ever dealt with in my 24 years of driving/buying cars. He was patient, honest, sincere and not pushy like most car salesmen I have encountered. So last Monday I saw 2 cars on the Rafferty website that I was interested in and stopped by to see them. It was a 40 minute ride from South Jersey however I read some decent reviews of the dealership so said why not. I was assigned to Marty upon arrival and he explained the dealership was under construction and the vehicles were off site. No problem, I thought. So we went for a ride and had to search for a little while until we came across one. Now it’s freezing cold in the teens and the cars have snow on them, no easy task. He was running up and down every aisle trying to track down these cars for me. Once we locate the Outback, we find that it has a flat tire and dead battery. At this point I’m thinking great, this was a total waste of time. Marty says no problem and borrows a battery jumper and air pump from a tow truck driver that happens to be in the lot. So after he gets the car up and running we go for a test drive and explains the features and lifetime power train warranty. He also reassured me the car had not been run through the shop yet and cleaned up. So I expressed the few items I was concerned about and we went back and made a deal. It was so quick easy and painless. He said it would be a week or so before it was ready and called me twice with updates. Well today I picked up the car and it exceeded my expectations. A+ job. I will definitely give Marty a call in the future and refer my friends and family. This is what a car buying experience should be like. No stress. More

I visited the dealership on Thursday 12/28th and she got straight to business. I test drove the Forester. Before leaving, Ms. Prestia asked if I wanted to discuss a purchase. Good question since I wanted to make a decision by end of year. I was willing to discuss a deal because I thought I could work with her. More important, I didn't feel pressured to buy. She texted me Friday morning about reserving time for me. Again I didn't feel pressure. I purchased the Forester that day 12/29th. (I also spoke with Steve Mills who listened to my concerns. Thank you both. This experience was the easiest I had at a dealership. I am waiting for my second set of keys. It is causing some worry for me. I'm sure Ms. Prestia will get matter corrected.) More
