This was especially due to our Sales Associate, Jen Prestia. We began uncertain between Forester and Outback. Jen took the time to give us test drives in both, and clearly explained their features and options. Our budget was tight and we had a lot to negotiate between ourselves as well as with Rafferty, so we took about a week to decide. Jen was patient and positive throughout and found several options for us, including the possibility a buying a 2017 loaner with extra features. She was always focused on our needs--never any pressure, so working with her was a real pleasure. When we finally settled on a new Forester Premium at a good price, Jen and her colleagues took us through the paperwork and other steps very efficiently. We appreciated the session Keith gave to explain all the controls, which made us less nervous driving off for the first time in our new car. More

THIS DEALERSHIP DOES NOT VALUE ITS CUSTOMERS Please be careful before using this dealership. They do not value their customers. I recently purchased a 2018 Subaru Forrester. I asked for the in Please be careful before using this dealership. They do not value their customers. I recently purchased a 2018 Subaru Forrester. I asked for the installation of a trailer hitch in order to use a hanging bike rack. The rack was put on order and I was charged $895.00 for the rack and installation, which I though was extremely steep. My sales associate claimed that installing the rack required 4 hour of labor and removing the bumper. That was a lie and the hitch was installed in less than two hours. While purchasing the car, I noticed that they carried Thule bike racks. While the hitch was on order, I went on line and ordered a Thule Aero Helium III bike rack from Amazon so I would have the bike rack when the hitch was installed. The salesman never informed me that a special version of Thule rack, which the dealership sold, would only work on the Subaru hitch. By the time a got around to setting up the hitch, the thirty day return period had passed. When I tried to return the hitch, the dealership blamed Amazon and refused to allow me to return the useless hitch. I wanted to buy a different hitch to use with the bike rack that I purchased. Basically Rafferty told me that despite the fact that I purchased two brand new automobiles from them that they would do nothing. I tried to explain to them that I was a loyal customer and to at least meet me half way toward purchasing a compatible bike rack since they never informed about the compatibility problems with a Thule hitch. The sales manager Stephen Mills said that they did not care and the salesman Steve Heck was extremely rude and dishonest. This is not a customer friendly dealership. Avoid them like the plague. More

Highly recommend checking with Rafferty when in the market for a new Subaru. More

So I went out to Rafferty to see if I could get into a Subuaru. They made it work! I worked with Jeanette. She was awesome! She was patient, kind and very thorough explaining the details of each car model. Also, the accounting department was wonderful explaining everything about the purchase in detail. Lastly the young man that went over the details of how everything operated on the car was very informative. I leased my Outback and when my lease is up I will be out to Rafferty for sure! It was an incredibly pleasant experience! More
