Top notch service I could not be happier with my experience at Rafferty Subaru. I called in the morning expressing an interest in a particular car they had on the lot a I could not be happier with my experience at Rafferty Subaru. I called in the morning expressing an interest in a particular car they had on the lot and I was put in touch with Jen, who was happy to send me some additional photos I requested of the car, and also gave me a heads up as to everything I would need to make a purchase. I went to the dealership later that evening and met with Jen who was very knowledgeable about the car. We did a test drive and shortly thereafter we worked on a deal and I drove home that same night in my brand new wrx! Everyone at the dealership was very friendly making it a very comfortable place to buy a car. They even set my kiddos up with a desk to do their homework while we worked on a deal. I highly recommend Rafferty Subaru and Jen Prestia especially! More

Amazing experience! Walking into the dealership I had no expectation of buying a new car. I was immediately greeted by Jason who made my car buying experience phenomenal. I was immediately greeted by Jason who made my car buying experience phenomenal. he asked what I absolutely needed in a car and what my price point was. He showed me a car right off the truck that had almost everything I asked for. The few little things that I wanted I was able to add to it (remote start, auto dimming side mirrors and upgraded audio system.) I was also able to stay exactly in my price range. Never having bought a car before I was a little nervous but Jason walked me through every step and made sure to explain everything to me, he even helped me purchase an insurance plan! Needless to say, I walked out with a brand new 2018 crosstrek. I was very happy with my experience here. I didn't feel rushed or pressured to make a decision. I am definitely recommending Rafferty Subaru to my friends and family! More
