Dropped my car off for an oil change and inspection/emissions. Got a call to come pick it up since it was done. My husband dropped me off and I paid for the service. I got in my car and started driving when I noticed a bad smell and then starting seeing white smoke coming out the hood. It got to the point I had to pull over because it was hard to see while driving. I called the service center back and got a voicemail a couple of times. I had to call my husband to turn around and come back because I didn’t know what was wrong. I finally got ahold of someone who said that the technician spilled oil on my engine and it would smoke a little bit until it burned off. They also apologized that no one told me before I left and offered a free oil change the next time I come in (which was after my lease was up). I live out in western Chester county and my car spewed white smoke the whole way home and the next couple days. The smell was awful, coming through the vents and gave me a massive headache. Needless to say I was very unsatisfied to the point that I decided not to go back to the dealership when my lease was up. I went to Concordville Subaru instead. More
