You know, you can’t keep using Covid as an excuse for everything! if there were any other options, I would no longer bring my car there. I started in 2008. I don’t know who has taken over as managing your team and processes, but things have deteriorated while the prices go up and up- $200 to change fuses- I hope I am not charged again when I return in three weeks. Rafferty is a great dealership let me start with that. But Zach, not so much. Maybe he was having a bad day but he was being extremely rude during our visit and was bad mouthing the dealership which to me But Zach, not so much.
