Dana was wonderful, helpful and eager to ensure I had a flawless experience. I was not happy with my overall experience unrelated to Dana. For the second time this was not in your reservation system which led to uncertainty for me until the manager took care or it. I appreciate that he addressed that quickly. I don’t understand why this happened again. My first visit the same thing happened. I asked for my factory installed hitch and bumper to be looked at as the facia was coming off the bumper. This was not addressed. I did not think to look until I was home and is unresolved. I started the car and the maint warnings were not reset and still indicating I needed to service the car. The oil change sticker was placed in my line of sight on the wind screen. Cashier picked up the phone and worked with another customer while in the middle of my transaction while there were other staff in the room who either could have picked up the phone or finished my transaction. They worked with me to find the best way for me to get the car I wanted with no hard sell, no surprise fees, and the least amount of hassle for me buying a car that I needed to register in another state. The salesman who helped me (Marty) was great as were the other people on the sales floor. The finance folks were also fabulous. I got my car and everyone checked in with me over the next few days to make sure it was performing as expected. A great experience—would highly recommend! More
