Very accommodating to my needs when I broke down on travel (200 miles from home). Scheduled service appointment online, towed the truck to dealer and used after hours drop box, did everything over the travel (200 miles from home). Scheduled service appointment online, towed the truck to dealer and used after hours drop box, did everything over the phone and web. They put keys and receipt on floorboards of truck so I could pick it up on a Sunday afternoon. Ver accomodating. More

I will start by commending your parts department for going above and beyond for finding and obtaining the parts needed. My car had been towed to your location that morning. The service department check- going above and beyond for finding and obtaining the parts needed. My car had been towed to your location that morning. The service department check-in was a different story. I explained what service i needed for my vehicle. I was advised that this dealership did not normally work on cars 2005 or earlier. I understand the problems related to parts, but I attempted to reduce issues by purchasing the necessary part in advance. I understand that use of customer parts can be an issue, but the parts offered were aftermarket Mopar compatible. I was advised that use of MY parts would not be warranted I was advised that a diagnosis was needed to which I advised the clerk that I knew the issue and merely wanted specified repairs in lieu of a $165 diagnosis. Per the parts dept. The Mopar parts were not available and I agreed on aftermarket products that matched the ones I purchased. The parts department ordered the correct parts ( with my confirmation of the part numbers) I previously purchased. The repairs were completed in a reasonable time frame. In conclusion, I have maintained my Jeep for 461,500 miles in 90% of the repairs and the self perceived attitude at check-in made me feel my business was not wanted. I regret at age 71 (retired veteran) I couldn't complete the project at my home (outside), but in the future, services needed will likely referred to another dealership. Apologies, etc. Are not necessary as it cannot undue the actual events that transpired. The "yes" recommendation provided for others is provisional and very limited. Oh, ya'll serviced my car in 2022. Hmm. Sorry for the left of my response. More
