From beginning to end it was an awful experience. Went in to have tires mounted and balanced, only to have to pay for 20 new lug nuts that I don't believe I needed and an alignment I didn't need. Af Went in to have tires mounted and balanced, only to have to pay for 20 new lug nuts that I don't believe I needed and an alignment I didn't need. After leaving with my car its now pulling to the left and I have to go elsewhere and spend more money to fix it. Sad because I have been a loyal customer since 2021. My business will go elsewhere from this point on. No one should ever take their vehicle in with zero complaints and leave with a large bill. They never even called to let me know about the lug nuts until they were all off and it was 'unsafe' to put back on, and if i insisted to put them back on they were going to charge me labor to do it! Then I requested that they not dispose of the 'bad' lug nuts because I wanted to see for myself, but they only returned 13 of them. Very poor, sketchy service in my opinion and I dont like to leave bad reviews ever, but what was done during this appointment was just wrong. More
