Through a series of careful and polite questions both Lamont and later Shane were able to determine 1) I wasn't going to be pressured, 2) I had a good idea but not settled on what I wanted and 3) had done my research on recommended list prices. Great test drives, great knowledge, and very open and honest as in "well, if that is a consideration, I don't think this is the right car" even when it may have meant a lower sales value. More
