Really appreciate the service guys at Rairdon’s inspecting our 2017 Jeep Renegade. We had a diagnostic test done. We had an issue with the vehicle’s auto shifter and needed piece of mind. We purcha inspecting our 2017 Jeep Renegade. We had a diagnostic test done. We had an issue with the vehicle’s auto shifter and needed piece of mind. We purchased from a different dealer but found out there wasn’t a warranty and wondered if there was something wrong with it or anything else after our purchase. Mike was excellent and knew exactly what we needed and explained the inspection to me thoroughly. We had others help us on the phone as well. We thank them too. We even got our vehicle back a day early as they found no issues and gave us a full print out of everything inspected. Thank so much. Highly recommend service at Rairdon’s in Marysville, WA. We will consider shopping there in the future as well. Jeff More

I was surprised how filthy the 2022 Ram Rebel was during my test drive and had scratches on the exterior on both the left and right hand side. I decided to purchase anyways but the salesman told me that it my test drive and had scratches on the exterior on both the left and right hand side. I decided to purchase anyways but the salesman told me that it would get DETAILED inside and out along with buffing to remove the scratches. The truck was kept over the weekend and then delivered to my address the following Monday. Here are my issues. The DETAIL work was not great. I spent 2 hours cleaning the interior. It was still dirty and seemed like someone rushed to quickly vacuum and smear around the dust/dirt on the interior. The truck was washed but no buffing to remove the scratches. I spent another 3 hours waxing and polishing. While the scratches look better, they are still there. I only received 1 key fob and missing the keys for the roof rack on the canopy. I should have been made aware if keys were missing as it's costly to replace a fob and will need a locksmith to either make new keys or to pick the locks on the roof rack. As soon as I started the truck, I got a message on the instrument cluster that the right rear turn signal is out. I believe it's the entire lens assembly as the tail light flickers and noticed the tail light is now cracked. During the test drive, everything functioned normally. I emailed the internet sales director and left for the salesman and have not had any resolution to my concerns and it's been months now. I am now almost $1100 in the hole. I would steer clear of this dealership. They are deceptive and they are dishonest. More
On November 4th, I visited Rairdon of Marysville after seeing a Dodge Ram online and scheduling a test drive. When I arrived, the truck was gone. (With both my dad and stepdad having been car salesmen, I seeing a Dodge Ram online and scheduling a test drive. When I arrived, the truck was gone. (With both my dad and stepdad having been car salesmen, I recognized the bait-and-switch.) Instead, I was shown a lifted silver 2013 Dodge Ram 4WD. It looked good, but once inside, I noticed the check engine light was on. The salesman said, “We did our checks; everything is perfect. The light is on because it's lifted. Unless you want to buy a $1,000 part, it’ll stay on.” I couldn’t verify if that was true. I also noticed the heater wasn’t working. He told me it just needed time to warm up. Despite concerns, I took out a $25,726.73 loan and bought the truck. Within the first week, I called the dealership over five times because the heater still didn’t work. No one ever called me back. They advertise a 7-day return policy, but it's useless if no one responds. I found in my paperwork the personal cell number the fiance manager gave me. He stated he knew he sold me a bad truck—but he doesn’t even work there anymore. He went on saying the store manager tried to beat him up with a baseball bat when he quit. Since then, the truck has been in the shop multiple times. I took it to Rairdon of Bellingham (a sister dealership). First repair: a module and part #68199793AH – PDC, costing $2,800. Then the heater repair: $2,500. Most recently, the truck wouldn’t start. It's now at the dealership getting a new solenoid pack, fluids, and a new transmission, costing me another $3,000 for the first part and who knows for the transmission. There is no way a truck with a failing transmission should’ve been sold. Both the CSM at Rairdon of Bellingham and I have reached out to Rairdon of Marysville recently to resolve this—and we’ve received no response. I looked up in KellyBlueBook the cost of a truck with a broken transmission. You cant sell one!! This experience has been extremely frustrating, inconvenient and financially damaging to me. More
