No loaner car as promised. The service rep was nice and helpful but as I said to him I wish they would have called me to tell me the loaners weren’t available because I would have rescheduled without wasti helpful but as I said to him I wish they would have called me to tell me the loaners weren’t available because I would have rescheduled without wasting my time and resources to drive there by 10am with a toddler. I already waited two weeks for this appointment because this was the soonest they said they would have a loaner car. I think there needs to be a better system set up. More

Last night (Tuesday) the tire pressure light came on. You would think to check the air pressure after a rotation or any kind of service would for sure be One of the inspections they talk about.
