I bought a 2024 Jeep Grand Cherokee Overland 4xe from this dealership, and it completely broke down 2 weeks later. It flashed a "Service Charging System" error and died while I was driving on the freeway. It was a terrifying, dangerous situation that put my life at risk. The service department now has the car and says it requires a full hybrid battery pack replacement, which will take 3 to 4 weeks. My biggest disappointment is with the Sales Department. I have left my information, but the Sales Manager has failed to reach out for 4 days. They got their sale and vanished. I am now left with no vehicle—which I rely on for work. They sold me a defective vehicle with 2 open recalls and clearly do not care about customer safety. Avoid this dealership at all costs!
