I GOT SCAMMED BY RAIRDON'S HONDA OF MARYSVILLE DO NOT PURCHASE FROM HERE!! Bought a car less than 3 months ago from this dealership, and have only made one payment so far. I've had to take the car in PURCHASE FROM HERE!! Bought a car less than 3 months ago from this dealership, and have only made one payment so far. I've had to take the car in 5 times for 3 separate issues up to and including: the back up camera not working although it was a selling point, the starter went out when they were going to return it to me after fixing the back up camera, and now this last one noted the engine was burning oil too fast so the pistons need to be replaced among other engine issues and was going to cost over $6k. I decided this car was not worth the headache anymore and asked to exchange it for something similar. Found a car that fit those parameters and the first offer they presented DOUBLED the sticker cost, as they also tried to do to my original purchase. I said I was not going to entertain any back and forth negotiating as Rairdon's Honda of Marysville sold me a vehicle with a failing engine and that I would only accept a straight trade due to all of the aforementioned factors. Finally, the "best" they could do was to still conveniently mark up the car to exchange by, you guessed it, over $6k above what the straight trade would be. Their reasoning, "Well the car we are buying back from you has all these issues and we have to ensure we're not getting a bad deal." ARE YOU KIDDING ME?! THIS IS A CAR I JUST BOUGHT FROM YOU AND YOU'RE GOING TO TELL ME I'M STILL F*CKED WHEN YOU'RE THE ONE THAT SOLD ME A xxx?! So I said no and explained to them that they are actively scamming me at this point and the manager even NODDED IN AGREEMENT! They still have not rectified this issue although I was promised to receive a call to talk options. I was absolutely losing my cool and vowed to NEVER purchase here again and deter anyone I can from having this experience too. More

We live over three hours away and called ahead to discuss purchasing a specific car they had. They told us that they were flexible and would be willing to negotiate the price but only in person. We made the drive only to get there and be bait and switched and told there was absolutely no room for negotiation. Terrible behavior to not be upfront and make a customer drive hours only to blindside them. This behavior is the reason people dislike dealing with salespeople and dealerships. More
Recently purchased a used vehicle from this dealer. We had decided in the first 30 minutes which vehicle we wanted to purchase, still it took 4 hours to complete the transaction. They didn't seem particularly busy, just very, very slow. A few days later we noticed the front tires were a different size than the rear ones (not supposed to happen in an AWD car). It took 4 phone calls to various people to establish that they had known about it but sold it before fixing it. 2 days later after not driving the car at all, we were told the tires were in and we could drive down to have them switched out. No apologies, no acknowledgment that we had to take most of an afternoon to drive the 100 miles to and from the dealership. A little customer service from the beginning of the issue would have gone a long way. More
