Mariana set me up with the truck I wanted and they waited for me to get in town after a week to close the deal. We live over three hours away and called ahead to discuss purchasing a specific car they had. They told us that they were flexible and would be willing to negotiate the price but only in person. We made the purchasing a specific car they had. They told us that they were flexible and would be willing to negotiate the price but only in person. We made the drive only to get there and be bait and switched and told there was absolutely no room for negotiation. Terrible behavior to not be upfront and make a customer drive hours only to blindside them. This behavior is the reason people dislike dealing with salespeople and dealerships. More
