I just have to put this out there. I was told I could not turn down a 7 year old maintenance service package when I purchased a brand new vehicle from here. I told them I would not be able to use it because I traveled 4 hour to purchase this vehicle, but I felt bullied into getting the service plan and now they tell me the plan is nonrefundable. I had excellent service today at Rairdon Honda. I had appointment early this morning....as it turned out.. my car was fine and didn't need service! There was no charge. Great friendly staff. Wait time was a bit longer then anticipated. I like the cubbies where I could do my work while waiting.
