Told us they don't negotiate prices at this dealership. We all know that isn't true. I just went to 2 others the same week and we all negotiate..On top of that, lied and told us that there was only 2 of th We all know that isn't true. And saying that the invoice price was $35k for a $36k msrp car. How gullible do you think people are? Extremely rude when it came down to pricing, telling us" "are we on camera". Unprofessional. I regrettably purchased My Honda from here 3 years ago from Chris Russell (CLEARLY we negotiated back then) who is condescending, pushy and will take advantage of first time car buyers. My experience with him made me dread car buying ever again but we took a chance on a different guy (Tanner Thompson) with this deal but seems like this location doesn't know how to pick who they hire... he was nice at first but got very defensive when we asked to drop the delivery/transportation fee of $995. Why should anyone have to pay for the dealer to have inventory to sell???? At the end of the deal, when we walked out, neither one of them said thank you, but rather they had a very pissed off look towards us. All other sales people we've ever worked with were polite, even if they didn't make the deal. If you cannot be cordial towards customers, you probably shouldn't work with the public. The only nice experience I've had is from a repair service center lady who had to order a new tire cover for us when it mysteriously disappeared after having an oil changed.. We will never be going back. Also, every time they service your vehicle, the tire pressure light sensor goes off. Website says they're transparent on their sales, obviously NOT TRUE. These people are the reason why car salesmen get such a bad reputation. More
