Over 45 min inside and NO financing estimate and would not provide without many personal financial documents. Overall friendly until you try to leave without purchasing. For being a “full-disclosure” dealership, we felt that very little information was available nor did we feel that they were fully honest with their dealings with us. More

Chris was pleasant to work with. I'm disappointed we didn't get the full Costco discount. Not really understanding the reasoning either. Not sure the manager liked us paying cash and not purchasing all didn't get the full Costco discount. Not really understanding the reasoning either. I do, also, realize the auto salesmen were at one point furloughed, and they lost their income during that time, Bottom line, I said “I’ll take it” earlier than I ever would have, once upon a time. However, this is not about creating a situation totally in my best interests at this point in time. I hope they made decent (but not an exorbitant) amount off my purchase. I’m not your regular old lady who comes to buy a vehicle, I’m sure. The salesmen were great! More
