Ha ! b) "you cant come in the manager's room (was taking my cellphone to show competitive quote) , there is confidential data in there. " - Way to go on your customer service. c) "Anything under 1000 miles is considered new". Was giving me a new car with 400 miles on it! d) "I just found the new car you need with low miles getting off the trailer". After I had refused the 400 miles one. e) "My used car sales manager who sits across me , eyes light up after hearing about your trade". Was offering me 3k less than market , I turned it elsewhere for 3.5k more :) f) "you Indian people have so many car color restrictions" I told him I was not an Indian. Ha ! Although he did show me both colors I was interested in. Then wanted me to sign somehwere on a monthly payment amount , I said I need to see full terms however I can shake hands on it. I shook hands and later he couldnt honor that price. What a joke , time waster. More

Everyone I worked with was very friendly and knowledgeable, but my car was returned without any washer fluid and an ol I wish I could give more stars.
