I had this crazy idea of going to another dealership and it was probably the dumbest thing I did. Maybe other dealer lure customers with better price on the internet but they can learn a lot from Rallye on how to treat customers. We met Danny Park back in 2009 when my wife purchase her TSX. He was not even our sales associate at that time but he remember us every time we go in to the showroom or service. I explain to him about my experience with another dealership and assure me he'll take care of us. Not only did he help us select the right vehicle but it's the way he treats us like family. Joe Filardo went above and beyond to get us the best finance rate. When it comes time to pick up the vehicle, Austin Mandell was so thorough in explaining all the features. We highly recommend anyone planning to purchase an Acura to go straight to Rallye. You wouldn't be disappointed. More

Completely upset I began to ask Matthew how he could sell a car I put a down payment on, well he never took it and regretted to inform me on that. So upon lying and everything else he tries to tell me white and silver are the same color, clearly they are not. Then trying to smooth things out he says he'll call me back because he has to check if he has a black one in stock which I then asked for instead (also said he had this one) after not receiving a call I tried to call him twice ,no answer and still haven't heard back. I would give him no business, he isn't a good salesman at all. More

I have bought two other cars in the last 12 years and I have always felt taken advantage of and lied to. This time I did extensive research on the car I wanted (2010 Acura TSX) and was ready for every tr have always felt taken advantage of and lied to. This time I did extensive research on the car I wanted (2010 Acura TSX) and was ready for every trick in the book. Before I came to Rallye I went to other dealers where the price advertised was not the real price of the car even after I had called. As soon as I refused to take their financing or third party expensive warranty, the car miraculously went up several thousand dollars. When I came in to Rallye I was on the defensive. Miraculously, Jabir Choudhery showed me the car that I wanted, at the price that I wanted to pay and there were no hidden fees or gimmicks. There was also no pressure or increasingly incredible statements about how great there dealer was and how their low overhead allowed them to price cars lower than any other used dealership in the area. At Rallye they don't have to say this because as soon as you sit down and start talking you can see why they are a Dealership of Distinction. Joel First was also fantastic even though I was perhaps a little on the bitchy side toward him (sorry Joel!). After I went from trusty Jabir to Joel, I thought the numbers guy is going to try to get one over me. The bill of sale was simple and easy to understand, there were no hidden numbers or fees. Everything was clearly laid out as explained. I was so happy I ended up buying the extended warranty directly from Acura and at a third of the price the other dealers were offering. Needless to say, I will be buying all my cars from Rallye from now on. If you want a certified pre-owned or used Acura and have been to a bunch of crappy used car dealers where the numbers are always shifting and the sales staff is trying to sell you crap you don't need for prices you shouldn't have to pay, and are fed up: Go to Rallye. I had brought my TLS in last week for an oil change, check engine light indicator and to fix the broken bulbs on my gear shift. I was then advised by Melissa that there were other issues discovered but check engine light indicator and to fix the broken bulbs on my gear shift. I was then advised by Melissa that there were other issues discovered but she checked and it was covered under my power train warranty; broken engine side mount. Kudos to Melissa for being so informative and extensive when checking my policy. In addition a warn fuel pump which triggered the check engine warning. Melissa had offered a loner since she was checking the inventory on the fuel pump and wouldn't know till later that day as to whether or not the part would be in stock. The service was prompt. I had left the dealer all of about an hour and was called by Melissa who informed me that all the work was completed pending the fuel pump which had to be shipped from California (should arrive in a week I was told). I picked up my car and the only thing that made me a bit sour was the cost of changing the broken bulk, $5 for the bulb $200 to install, really? At least I was able to get a slight discount. Later that evening, I started my car and noticed the lights on the gear shifter were fixed but random lights around my navi screen and VSA button on the driver's side were all off. I planned to call Rallye in the morning but Enza called me first (who is wonderful). I was transferred to Melissa right away and told her about the issue. She consulted the mechanic who worked on my car and the reason he gave me was the gear shift lights have nothing to do with the navi screen lights.... and I would have to pay for those to now be fixed as well. Okay, let's think about this. If the lights around the Navi and the VSA were broken wouldn't a customer have identified that as an initial problem? I did report the other light issue, why would anyone want to make multiple trips? Second, it doesn't take a rocket scientist to explain that the lights on the Navi screen are separate from the gear lights. The point is the technician messed up and doesn't want to admit it. Third, with all the information available to the educated customer, don't treat the customer like they don't know what they are talking about. I guess that's why mechanics work on cars and not sales. Fourthly, the work was sloppy. I lights on my gear shifter is fixed but there is a piece of fabric (I assume part of the internal liner) sticking out. Again, poor workmanship. I hope that when my fuel pump arrives (this week), Rallye will fix my other lights gratis that the technician knowingly screwed up and I hope another technician is assigned to my vehicle. I want to emphasize that Melissa and Enza rock, the technician and his lack of a plausible excuse work for his mistake and sloppy work is the problem and the reason for the low rating for overall experience, quality of work and price. Btw, I doubt it took him an hour to install the lights. I hope when I purchase my M3 from Rallye this year the technicians are better. More
Yes when I went to the Rallye Acura dealership I had excellent customer service from Mr. Jabir Choudhery. The reason I believe he had an excellent review from me is because he was very polite and courte excellent customer service from Mr. Jabir Choudhery.
