Adam Romano - Phenomenal SA I have had my fair share of receiving service from various dealerships and I have to say hands down that Adam had been THE best SA I have ever worked I have had my fair share of receiving service from various dealerships and I have to say hands down that Adam had been THE best SA I have ever worked with. It resonated a lot about the customer service of this dealership when I met with Adam -- he is extremely polite and really goes out of his way to take care of his customers. He is also knowledgeable of his product (i.e. BMW) and you will be surprised how many SAs in other dealerships do not know much of the services the car is being brought in for. What I also found incredible was the turnaround time. Adam made sure the services were complete in a timely/reasonable time frame. Every time I brought in my car for service, it was always complete within 1-2 days. Overall, I had an EXCELLENT service with Adam at Rallye BMW. He is highly recommended!!! Thank you! More

Great experience yet again After dealing with multiple BMW dealers in the tri-state area, I have to say that Peter Diaz is by far one of the best CA's to work with. This was my second BMW I leased through him and I have nothing but positive sentiments. He is not only professional and accommodating, but he makes the whole experience enjoyable. Wow don't use the service department When replacing a faulty motor The service department used spray painted duct tape to repair the weatherstripping in my car. Doubt that's BMWs specs...
