So I bought an extended warranty and they found some problems in my car when I went for an oil change. Well Anthony told me it wasn’t covered under my warranty. I said I took out the top warranty. He di problems in my car when I went for an oil change. Well Anthony told me it wasn’t covered under my warranty. I said I took out the top warranty. He did not covered. I called the girl who sold me the warranty and she called the company. She got it covered. Now why couldn’t Anthony do that. Also when I picked up the car the bill was more than.it was supposed to be so I complained. They called Anthony and he adjusted it. If it was my wife picking up the car she would have just paid it. I had a very bad experience. More

These guys are top notch. You schedule an appointment, you pul in and they are right on it, take the info, already have yor info, and you are on your way quickly, either You schedule an appointment, you pul in and they are right on it, take the info, already have yor info, and you are on your way quickly, either to pick up a loaner right there — also very prompt or leaving on your own. A little later you get a call to discss what was found or to come pick it up. They don’t oversell you anything - bever get that feeling and I have been there since 2004 when I got my first BMW there.
