In that time both men have gone above and beyond what any car dealer had done before I started dealing with Rallye. George has gone so far as to deliver my wife's car to my house when I was having trouble aranging a time that was convient to pick it up and also doing a once over with the car so I knew of all the new features and how they operated. At this point I would refer to both men as friends rather than car salesmen. More

After visiting Rallye BMW one evening to see what they had to offer (owning a mercedes) I was met with a great first impression. Robert Wachsman introduced himself and was very helpful, not pushly like ty had to offer (owning a mercedes) I was met with a great first impression. He listened to what I was interested in, and was very knowledgeable about all aspects of various BMW models. He spent lots of time, and didnt try any sales pitches. After searching around for a week at other dealers and manufacturers, I returned to see Robert. It was his and Rallye BMW's all around professionalism that sold me. Upon arriving two weeks later to pickup the new car, which arrived exactly when Robert said it, the top-shelf service continued as i was introduced to my new car with all the options requested. Robert and Rallye BMW did exactly what they said they would, and their price was fair and competitive. I would certainly recomend Rallye BMW, and Robert Wachsman in particular.
