The internet salesperson, (Matt) I had previously talked to was with another customer so my wife and I were quickly escorted to another member of their team to start our process of purchasing the vehicle I had seen on the internet. Jimmy showed us the vehicle, answered our questions, and took us for a test drive. We negotiated a fair price and agreed to the deal and he started the paperwork process needed for the purchase. Shortly afterward, Matt came in and assisted with the remainder of our purchase. After the paperwork was completed, Matt took us to the vehicle and we left to do some shopping enroute home. We left the dealership at approximately 12:20PM. A great experience which took only 2 hours and 20 minutes!!! More

Jimmy Dochney handled my purchase of I recently purchased a 2014 Highlander from Ralph Hayes Toyota which I located on the Internet through cars.com. Jimmy Dochney handled my purchase of this vehicle and he was an outstanding salesman. First, he was not pushy or manipulative in any way. He LISTENED to what types of things I wanted in a vehicle and did not try to convince me that I needed something bigger or fancier than the model of Highlander that I had chosen. He was also very agreeable in negotiating for the best price (doing most of the negotiation via email!). I really appreciated this, as I have a very busy work schedule and don't have hours to sit in a dealership haggling over price. He also handled our transaction in a very timely manner. I test drove the car on Thursday, purchased it via email on Friday and Jimmy had it ready to go on Monday morning for my husband and I to come sign the paperwork and pick it up. I cannot remember such a pleasant interaction with a car salesperson and Jimmy answered all of our questions and took time to explain a number of features of the car to my husband when he came down to pick it up. Best Car Buying Experience Ever!!!! Geni Edwards is by far the best car sales person I have encountered and I have dealt with a lot. When I entered the lot/sales building she was so kin Geni Edwards is by far the best car sales person I have encountered and I have dealt with a lot. When I entered the lot/sales building she was so kind. I immediately told her how I felt about sales people in general and that I didn't want any B.S. Seeing as I am a woman I have seen and heard a lot of it. I gave her the price range, payment range and size vehicle I was looking for. She didn't try to throw a more expensive car at me like others have. She also didn't try to push a vehicle too big or small at me either. She answered every question that I and my family asked. She was extremely patient as there were 4 of us there at the time. On top of all this she was very sympathetic to the fact that I lost my husband exactly a year ago and that my kids had lost their dad. Geni never tried to pull a fast one on me or take advantage of our situation. My family left the lot that evening feeling pleased as we went home to make the final decision. When we returned to purchase the vehicle she was very understanding that this was an emotional situation for us as we were leaving a part of our family with them. I shed some tears while talking and Geni actually got up and came around and hugged me and then as we were leaving with our purchase she hugged all of us and said thanks. My kids and I have have visited 5 different dealerships in the last 2 weeks and by far the employees at Ralph Hayes Toyota Scion were the most kind, non pushy, sympathetic and understanding people we encountered. I will recommend anyone I know that is looking for a vehicle to check them out first. If I am ever in need of another vehicle I will certainly go the them first!! More

When it comes to rating likability she is a 10. She really listens to and cares about the customer. She offered choices then patiently walked through every step of the sales process, assisting me along the way by connecting to the various people involved in the sales process. She paused to make sure I was in agreement with every part of the transaction. The dealership sold the car at a fair price, I know because I compared.
