We want to extend our thanks and appreciation to Nathan Moffett for his help and expertise in our recent car buying experience. We truly cannot offer him high enough praise! We had not bought a used car for several years and had encountered some poor experiences with used car salesmen in the past, so when we re-entered the market for a used vehicle, we did so with a healthy amount of apprehension and distrust. However, Nathan completely dispelled our doubts and unease. While we came to Ralph Honda with a general idea of what we were looking for, Nathan helped to identify our needs and further pinpoint our priorities. He then expertly found vehicles which would best suit us. It quickly became clear to us that he had a very strong knowledge of cars and that his sales philosophy was one that would foster a successful buying experience. As we browsed and test drove several vehicles, we never felt pressured, rushed, or swayed in any way. Nathan was patient, friendly, and answered our questions thoroughly and honestly. From start to finish, we felt as though he was completely transparent, straight-forward, and truly working to find a vehicle that would best fit our needs. One thing that really set Nathan apart from other sales experiences we have had in the past, was his true respect for our budget. We discussed what we felt comfortable spending and at no time did Nathan suggest options that did not fall in line with that window. He did not tempt us with vehicles that he suspected we would like, but ultimately not be able to afford. In fact, he helped us understand how far our budget would take us and then had the patience and courtesy of discussing the different variables of the purchase until we found something that fit our needs and didn't leave us over-extended financially. Upon purchase of our SUV, there was a small wait for the release of the title from the bank of the previous owner. During this time, Nathan was diligent in checking for the release multiple times a day and dedicated to communicating with us on the progress. Nathan also handled some complications with insurance documentation with poise and the utmost professionalism. Overall, the things we value most about Nathan is his transparency, knowledge, and overall attitude and personality. He is an expert in his field, keeps an open and steady line of communication, and takes the time to genuinely understand and honor the needs and boundaries of customers. Our experience with Nathan was an overwhelmingly positive one and it certainly feels good to have confidence that we now have someone we can trust with future purchases.
