I brought my Honda Accord in for an oil change and to check an issue with my transmission. I spoke with Steve Pecora about my complaints about the transmission, he as usual was polite and very interested check an issue with my transmission. I spoke with Steve Pecora about my complaints about the transmission, he as usual was polite and very interested in the descriptions of what was going on and indicated that they would do everything they could to solve my problems. In the end they couldn’t find any problems with my transmission. I wasn’t there a long time and the waiting area was as usual neat and clean, coffee and snacks were available along with three tv’s . Everyone did a great job and I’m very pleased. More

Excellent Customer Service & Quality Collision Shop We were involved in a fender bender, after reporting to our insurance we called & talked with Chuck McGarry, Body Shop Manager. He was very professional, knowledgeable and really cared about helping us. Once the insurance adjustment was complete, Chuck was contacted again. Within 2 working days, of our call, he had us scheduled & began work. Through out the process we stayed in communication on progress. The Quality of fit & finish was equal to OEM and the customer service was exceptional. We live approximately 65 miles from the dealership, however it is worth the drive. More
