Communication was terrible! My vehicle was at the dealership for 3 weeks. I had to push to get a loaner vehicle that I was told wasn't available and after pushing back one was f My vehicle was at the dealership for 3 weeks. I had to push to get a loaner vehicle that I was told wasn't available and after pushing back one was found. We had to reach out ourselves for almost every single update. No one told us to expect not having the vehicle for 3 weeks. It was there for at least 2 weeks before anyone even started working on it. Once the vehicle was repaired, I was told that I would have a $100 deductible to pay with the warranty I purchased through this dealership. Would have been nice to communicate my warranty coverage and expectation from the beginning so that we were aware of all details. Not a good experience! Communication from your staff would have greatly improved our experience even if it took as long as it did. Also went to pick up the vehicle and no one knew where it was. We had to wait for the staff to find my vehicle and bring it to the front. Very dissatisfied with this experience! More

I came early for my scheduled oil change as I had something important come up I had to be at for 3pm. While it took longer than expected, Brook assured me that my vehicle was being worked on and that something important come up I had to be at for 3pm.
