I have used this dealership on several occasions however the last two experiences have been lack luster. Customer service sucked, they were offended that we called to ask how much longer will you have the the last two experiences have been lack luster. If I drop a vehicle off on a Wednesday and you know, you are too busy to diagnose and will need the vehicle for more than a day or two then you should tell me that when I drop the vehicle off. Give me the option of taking the vehicle somewhere else, making arrangements for transportation or provide me with a loaner vehicle for transportation. After all, I have to work to pay you. I let them know what the problem was with my truck, and they replaced a part. They told me it was already there. When I picked it up the next day, the engine light came on.
