I want to share a concern about how the pricin recently visited your service department for an oil change, tire rotation, and air filter replacement. I want to share a concern about how the pricing was handled. I was never given a price up front before the work was done. The only way I found out the total cost was through the app after the services were already completed. As a customer—especially someone on a fixed income—I rely on clear, upfront pricing so I can decide what I can afford before any work is performed. Because I wasn’t quoted ahead of time, I had to use my Chevy points to bring the cost down, even though I wasn’t prepared financially for the full amount. This put me in a difficult position, and I believe customers should always be informed of the price before any service is started. I’m asking that in the future, your team provide a clear estimate before performing any work. It would help customers like me make informed decisions and avoid unexpected financial strain. Never will go there again. Nothing but a money hole. Claim the parts fix the problem. I didn't get home good and the same problem exists. I said put my truck back together and I'm coming to get it. I can do my own guess work. And that disrespectful Ryan Drew at the customer desk needs another position away from customers. Had a guy work for walmart bringing his van back because his issues wasn't fixed. More
