I am satisfied with saleman but when I carried the truck back for trying to get the scratches out there were no scratches even taking out not even one and the Shannon told me to call him back on Monday beca back for trying to get the scratches out there were no scratches even taking out not even one and the Shannon told me to call him back on Monday because when it was buffed the front driver side fender turned a loose at the bottom of the fender, hopefully this will be resolved!! After dropping my truck off I received a phone call letting me know what the problem was and that it would be ready by Thursday afternoon. Friday afternoon I called to find out what was going on with m letting me know what the problem was and that it would be ready by Thursday afternoon. Friday afternoon I called to find out what was going on with my truck and was informed that they truck would be ready Monday (I had to call, no one took the time to reach out to me). Monday turned out to be similar to the previous Thursday, (never heard from anyone) so Tuesday morning I drove to the dealership to figure out what was going on. The service person told me that they were waiting parts and that the truck would be ready that afternoon. Thankfully, it was. My issue has nothing to do with the time it took for the repair. It is completely due to the lack of communication with the status of my truck. If you tell someone something and things change, you then have an obligation to update them. I had a similar issue the last time my truck was there, so needless to say I will no longer do business with that dealership. I understand things happen from time to time but now, however, I’m currently two for two and not willing to extend the streak to three for three. More
