Service - Kathy ( service advisor) scheduled and got a warning light repaired on my Ford F-150 XLT truck. She was exceptionally courteous and very professional. The service technician also was great. Had some problems with my 2025 Ford pickup. Need some modules replaced . So I thought would let Ramey do the work. While waiting for the parts to be replaced, Brian Boggess came to the waiting Need some modules replaced . So I thought would let Ramey do the work. While waiting for the parts to be replaced, Brian Boggess came to the waiting room and asked me if my truck had been in any kind of accident and I told him no. After a few minutes I remembered I did break my tail light with my spare tire on my pull trailer. So I immediately went and told Brian Boggess about this. He immediately acted like had lied to him about what had happened. I assumed in his questioning that he meant wrecked. But after telling him about me breaking my tail light and replacing it he treated me like some kind of criminal. Anyway they reached me the keys and I left the dealership. He had told me that he needed the old tail light so I told him I still had it and would send it to him. So I called him and talked about sending the old tail light to him and he told me it was an emergency that I needed to return to the service department. So I pulled in and went in and he said they would have to take the new part back off the truck until I got the old tail light to him. Still treating me like some kinda of a crook. He needed the module off of the old tail light. Said they were not supposed to put the new one on but did. After him running his mouth, I went to my truck and the service manager came out and I told him I would get old tail light to them immediately. I sent it out UPS the next day to them. I did not appreciate the way I was treated and talked to and will never have any dealings with Ramey again. More
I bought a Ford Ranger from a dealership in NC. On the way home to Kentucky I caught a nail and just showed up. Although they didn’t have a tire available, they took one off another vehicle to put On the way home to Kentucky I caught a nail and just showed up. Only 94 car. I wanted a dealer to service my car. 2016 Fusion SE. I purchased the car in January 2025. It is a program car. I am the 5th owner. Only 94000 on it. Purchased at Drive Time in Salem, VA. I was a bit leery buying the car. I did my research on it and thought let's go for it. With this service, I now know what I have and what it is going to need in the next year. Inspected everything and replaced 2 hoses that were recalled. More
